Temporary Visitors for Business

The temporary visitor for business is similar to Temporary Resident Visas. But it focuses majorly on business-related activities.

E-1 Treaty Trader:

E-1 Treaty Trader: This visa is available for citizens from countries with treaties of commerce and navigation with the U.S. who conduct substantial trade in goods or services.

E-2 Treaty Investor:

For citizens of treaty countries who invest a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.

International Entrepreneur Parole:

This visa program is available for foreign entrepreneurs who want to come to the U.S. to grow and expand their business.

Study in US

The study category covers visas for students who want to come and study in the US. 

F-1:

This student visa is for academic students who have enrolled in full-time courses at any school or college.

M-1:

The M-1 is a student visa available for vocational or non-academic students.

J-1:

The visa J-1 is an exchange visitor’s visa for individuals who participate in exchange programs like teaching, research, or internship.

Family-Based Immigration

Asylum:

Asylum in the US for Individuals is for those who have fled their home country and don’t have an option to safely return to their country because of persecution.
